Shipping & Returns


We process and ship our orders in a timely manner via UPS to ensure your delivery makes it safely. In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of making a purchase granted the product is currently in stock. If a purchased product is not in stock, you will receive contact from StreetRodElectrics.com notifying you on the status or your order.

Free shipping is not available for orders outside of the US or orders to Alaska or Hawaii. The free shipping option is only available for orders shipped to the continental US. Orders not eligible for free shipping can get shipping quotes in the shopping cart.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, please email us at service@streetrodelectrics.com or call us at the number on the top of the page to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

We will accept the return of any unsatisfactory item provided it is unused and in NEW condition with all the original packaging and parts included with the return. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will not accept returns on light bulbs, L.E.D. lighting products, or special orders. Return of item(s) ordered is subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs incurred.
